Mission Statement

The Parma Payne Goodall Alumni Center provides a professional venue for the Aztec alumni community to re-connect with SDSU.

Building Facts

This 2 story, state-of-the-art, 30,000 square-foot facility includes:
  • Main entrance through a spectacular rotunda
  • Beautiful lobby with reception area
  • Multi-purpose outdoor pavilion area overlooking the newly refurbished athletic fields and Tony Gwynn Stadium
  • Grand Ballroom for entertaining up to 320 people (divisible into 2 smaller sections)
  • Attractive lounge and library with Aztec memorabilia
  • Convenient parking
  • State-of-the-art boardroom
  • 20,000 square feet of meeting and gathering space

Hours of Operation

The Parma Payne Goodall Alumni Center’s regular business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., however events may occur after hours. All clients will be required to pay additional fees for after hours, weekend and overtime facility rentals (see Capacities & Pricing Structure ). The Center will be closed on all official University holidays.


From Interstate 8-East, take the Mission Gorge Road/Fairmount Avenue exit.
Travel south on Fairmount Avenue.
Bear right and take the Montezuma Road exit.
Turn left at 55th Street.
Turn left into Parking Structure 5 (Aztrack).

From Interstate 8-West, take the College Avenue exit and proceed south.
Turn right at Montezuma Road and proceed past Campanile Drive.
Turn right at 55th Street.
Turn left into Parking Structure 5 (Aztrack).

Parking and Handicapped Access

Metered parking for the Center is located in Parking Structure 5 (PS5), adjacent to the Parma Payne Goodall Alumni Center. Parking is strictly enforced at all times on SDSU Campus. Visit the SDSU Parking website.. Discounted parking packages can be arranged through the Parma Payne Goodall Alumni Center at an additional cost during facility rental.

The Alumni Center complies with current Americans with Disabilities Act standards and is completely accessible and functional to the physically impaired. Any problems of accessibility are to be reported to the Center Facility Manager.
