BAN Seeks Volunteers for Top Chapter Positions

Do you have leadership skills and the desire to make a difference?  If so, the Business Alumni Network (BAN) is looking for chapter leaders.

The 2009-2010 BAN Board of Directors has openings for the following positions: President-Elect, VP Marketing, VP Professional Development, VP College Relations and Treasurer.

Time commitments include one board meeting each month, occasional special projects and approximately six events per year. The term is for one year with the option to extend for an additional year.

All Board Members must be lifetime members of the Alumni Association. The deadline for interested candidates to apply is June 15. 

A nominating committee will interview candidates and select the top three. A general election will then be held between June 23 and June 30, with live voting and the opportunity to meet the candidates at a special election night mixer June 30. Votes will be tallied and the new Board members announced at the event.
