Parking is NOT included in facility rental fees. Discounted parking packages are available at an additional cost.
Full day rates are based on an 8 hour time block between the hours of 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday - Friday. Any facility rentals outside normal building hours will incur a $40 charge for each hour outside of 8:00am - 6:00pm. Facility rentals exceeding 8 hours within a calendar day are subject to an additional overtime hourly fee of $40.
