NOTE: This is NOT a confirmation.
Confirmation of event will be recognized by the building's Facility Manager upon receipt and completion of Event Application form and Rental Agreement.  These documents will be provided by the Alumni staff after submission of this application.

PUBLICITY: If your event is open to the public, please indicate how registration/ticket sales will be handled. Please include contact information and ticket price.  NOTE: Before any publicity regarding your event is released to the media, you must submit any language for review that uses SDSU's name.
