Allow me to introduce myself:… I am Matthew Pavich and I am co-vice
president (along with my colleague, Ryan Lebowitz) of membership for the
SDSU Business Alumni Network (BAN).
Ryan and I recently took on this board role because sharing the reasons
why the BAN is so important and building membership as a result of those
conversations is our passion. Not only are there many good reasons to

Time to sink your teeth into the real reason we all love sports.
What is San Diego without sports? More importantly, what are sports
without great eats and drinks? Our fond memories of sporting events
are all about the people we were with, who won and what we ate and
drank. More often than not, we spend more time planning the menu than
we do planning the event!
Next Thursday’s Business Alumni Network event, The Business of Sports,
will bring some of the most iconic Southern California professional
athletes, visionaries and brands together to discuss what sports mean to
our region. But the organizers of the event also felt it was important
to bring together some of the great sports food of America’s Finest
City – in all their glory. Those attending will savor some terrific
