1958 Aztec Baseball Team

Who's in This Year?
The year was 1958 and the San Diego State baseball team had just beaten Southwestern Oklahoma 23 - 9 to win the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics championship.  That's when catcher Larry Schimpf and his Aztec teammates hatched the idea for a celebration that could only be achieved in complete silence and under the cover of total darkness.
