The memories of our SDSU fallen Aztecs will be honored at the 27th annual War Memorial wreath-laying ceremony on the Aztec Green. Pay tribute to those who made the ultimate sacrifice during our nation’s military conflicts.

You are welcome to bring flowers or wreaths to honor the lost. This year's ceremony will commemorate the addition of the 240th name on the monument:
First Lieutenant Robert 'Conn' Chaudoin, a platoon leader for Company C, First Battalion, 51st Infantry, 101st Airborne Division, was on a combat operation in Vietnam on March 27, 1971 when the area came under mortar attack. Lt. Chaudoin was a junior at San Diego State when he decided to enlist in the Army.
